Follow one continuous onboarding flow from account access to first successful run.

This page is the shortest path for new customers and separates Regular and full-featured Beta tracks so the next step is always clear.

Have your bank or card CSVs ready, and if you plan to use Amazon extraction, be ready to sign into Amazon in your own local browser window if Amazon asks.

No AI training is required from you. UnboxedSpend uses AI to generate categorization rules while you focus on importing files and reviewing the output.

Instant Reconciler

Choose this when you want order-level Amazon clearing without waiting for item-level export files.

Instant Reconciler includes Basic, then adds Amazon Tools so you can reconcile Amazon activity at the order level.

Before You Use Itemize

Itemize depends on Amazon order-history personal data.

The Itemize workflow requires an Amazon order-history personal data export. Amazon often takes a couple of days to provide that export after you request it. That wait comes from Amazon's export process, not from the app. As soon as you get that export from Amazon, you can finish the full item-level workflow.
